Putting this out there to see what others have experienced. Had RRP in October 2017. Incontinence is almost completely gone; but nearly complete ED remains. The surgeon told my wife that he was thrilled with the nerve sparing - called the residents in to see! (This is a consistently top rated surgeon at Mass General Hospital - and I trust and recommend him fully).
Anyhow, I have great results with a low .15 cc Bimix; but without it there’s not much. Starting at 2 months after surgery there is an occasional 30% erection. Cialis has little effect - both the every other day 5mg and the occasional 20mg.
The real issue though: about 6 weeks ago as my wife was dressing there was a sudden 80 or 90 percenter with no medication. It was there for 10 minutes and gone. Nothing since. Not even waking up with the occasional 25. Anyone experience anything like this? Is this a sign of hope that the nerves were waking after a year and I should expect more even though it was a while ago? Or was this his last gasp before a complete demise? Or was he rolling over in his sleep and it means nothing? And how long do you stick with rehab before throwing in the towel?
Thanks, guys...
