I would just beg and plead to get the latest information before advising sick people.
If you don’t need something by all means don’t take it, if you are hurting please make your own decisions. .

Just as a for instance, I’m deep into the cloud, I have 7 cloud certifications. I leave for more training today(no more of me!!). I can have my vacuum send a message to open my garage door and send a message to my mobile phone which triggers a Lambda function to create a database in various locations on the planet. Run analytics of any kind on that data. Then run a feature to move data that database to any other database I choose while auto adjusting for DB differences or archive it to cheap storage, called glacier. After the database is loaded trigger another function to spin up a server instance to run java programs. Java is on literally billions of devices, it can do virtually anything. Anything from buy and sell stocks or simply send a message to turn my vacuum back off. Then create a fancy visualization of all this and make it available to anyone over the internet and send an email to notify people it’s there. Then feed machine learning with enough data to predict when this will happen and do it ALL over again without me or anyone else touching a thing.
That’s only the tip of it, raise your hand if you knew all of this.
If you didn’t raise your hand maybe, possibly, there may be a remote chance, there are some things that can help people here that isn’t widely known yet. Mostly due to money.
Is it possible??? Is it possible studies from 10 years ago before any of the above existed are out of date?
Is that ok? Did that offend anyone or hurt anyone’s feelings or conflict too much with a highly respected member who left in a temper tantrum.

The Persistent Debate Troll
This type of troll loves a good argument. They can take a great, thoroughly researched and fact-based piece of content, and come at it from all opposing discussion angles to challenge its message. They believe they're right, and everyone else is wrong. You'll often also find them leaving long threads or arguments with other commenters in community comment sections, and they're always determined to have the last word – continuing to comment until that other user gives up.

The Forever Offended Troll
When controversial topics are discussed online, they're bound to offend someone. That's normal. But then there are the types of trolls who can take a piece of content – often times it's a joke, a parody or something sarcastic – and turn on the digital waterworks. They're experts at taking humorous pieces of content and turning them into an argument by playing the victim. People really do get upset by some of the strangest things said and done online.

I would say this thread has outlived its usefulness.
