38th and final ART dose is this coming Friday. I've been fortunate to have few side effects - urgency did pick up a bit this past week and I'll discuss on my weekly Tuesday meeting with RO.
As others have mentioned, the Radiation Techs are saints when it comes to doing these sessions. I'm constantly thanking them and am having some Harry / David's delivered.
In case others end up doing this post op, the primary reasons were the SVI+, ECE+ and a high Decipher test score eventhough my 3 month uPSA came in undetectable. Thanks out to FiddleCanoe and Gary who both supplied excellent resources allowing for productive discussions with RO and the referring Surgeon.
Per RO, next uPSA will be 2 months post last radiation session.

Congratulations on making it through so far with so few complications. My radiation was similarly and happily uneventful. The only problem was that minor incontinence came back a few months afterwards. A year and a half later, that is basically gone. Best of luck to you!

Glad to hear you're almost done.
It's a great feeling when it's all done.

Congratulations GG! My husband finished his thankfully uneventful SRT a week ago. No ADT, next uPSA in 3 months. Good luck and prayers to us for excellent results!!

Good luck GG! Great to hear that everything is going well. BTW... T3b w/SVI alone makes you high risk and justifies adjuvant RT. Mine caused a few issues, but PSA's have been undetectable ever since. Hope yours works out well also.
