Alf still zero

Here's some indications of how far I've moved on.

I've become such an infrequent visitor to HW that, when I tried to log in to post an update I discovered I had forgotten my user name (and for the first time I did not get a prompt in the box on the Log-in page?)

I'd also forgotten to post anything on HW about having had another routine PSA at the end of last month, and that it was yet another "Less than 0.1".

And then, as I started to type the above, I realised that I'd forgotten to take note of the fact that sometime round now must be the 10th Anniversary of having been diagnosed with PCa! And I've now got to go and look it up as I no longer know the date.

Congratulations my old friend. I am glad you are well enough to be able to start forgetting about all this PC nonsense.
That's a good sign. I am in the Class of 2008 myself, not many of us old HW timers left, perhaps a good thing
