The "10,000 hour rule" states that you can become an expert (or become 'talented') in a field after 10,000 hours of practice. I am a university - educated professional artist in my 51st year of business. I am much better at it now than when I first began. I have been practicing Taekwondo (Korean martial art) daily for 46 years, earned that 3rd degree black belt during radiation 6 years ago. That daily workout has given me physical and emotional benefit beyond belief. There are several other things that I have been doing for many years and have become very proficient at. I value these a lot as they help me pay the bills, stay healthy and happy and fight my PCa.
They also give me a positive self image and solid self-assurance, things that I did not possess when I was a puppy.
I would rather be who I am now than be physically young again. This mind fits this body, I am not up for a transplant at this time, though you can check with me later. (just
