Multi years post SRT and a question

Question for post-SRT long term guys. I thought I was done with you guys, but here I am dragging my butt back. LOL Here's the history: Prostatectomy 2007, return of PCa in 2010, 37 sessions of SRT in 2014. Still testing zeros now, I came thru the SRT with no side effects or post problems---until maybe now.... In the last month or so, I have noticed an increased feeling of urgency and frequency, but with a low grade pain, burning when peeing. Feels like a low grade urinary tract infection, but it doesn't test as such. Question: after 5 years could this be delayed SRT radiation damage just now showing up, and if so, what treatment is there to be had. My Uro kicked my out last year, said I didn't need to see him anymore. I hate to go back to see him but......Can any of you guys with some experience of long term developing problems from SRT give me some guidance here?

Call the URO. While RT damage could, maybe, be doing this, it could, as Prat points out, be a UTI.

Urgency is something I got very quickly after I finished RT (months/year) and there's not much to do about that.

However, what you've described is classic UTI symptoms which is exactly the kind of thing a URO could treat.

Mine was ART.
It took 6, 7(?) years for some ugly urinary issues to start. After several catheters over a week, and two trips to the ER in one day, Uro suggested, and I did, 60 something sessions of hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Cleared that right up, and I felt like a rock star for a year after. I wish I could do another round just for the good vibes.
