Loss of sauce.

I had LDR Brachy in July of 2014 and am blessed with a downward trend in PSA and SEs that are minimal and manageable. Used to have about half or more of original ejaculate and all of sudden virtually none! This is no big deal at age 70. Especially when everything else, sexual, is operating smoothly.

Just wanted to hear from some other Brachy guys if they have experienced this same, sudden, loss.

Trout, my LDR Brachy was over 10 years ago. I had reduced sauce shortly after the procedure and then it gradually ebbed away over the first few years. What I was (and am) left with is a diminished amount, maybe 10% of the original. I'm guessing after 10 years that's stable. The good news is that there is no cancer, no incontinence and my sexual functions work normally - even with the reduced ejaculate the orgasms are still the same.

I thank God every day for the choice of treatment that my wife and I made together...
