I can't see that you've had evidence of recurrence, unless the ART was precautionary for some of the path report - ECE, SVI. In any case, congratulations on the PSA!

Hi Matt, maybe signature didn't show. +1 SVI and ECE and .7 Dicipher - RO recommended ART due to those 3 factors.
RO was a bit surprised that my DiVinci surgeon was following me post op / post ART - it is a big group in several offices. I started with the head of urology at our local teaching hospital - he did the biopsy and the mpMRI script. Then did the referrals for RO and surgeon.

No ADT with that RT? How exactly was that decision formed? The RO recommended against it or you opted out?

You can't get any better than <.006.

Looks like a win to me.
