Another update

Good morning gentlemen and ladies. I just thought I would post an update and say hey to Y’all. I do not have an oncology appointment until later this month and I have not had my PSA tested since late March. I thought about getting my blood drawn this week but decided to hold off until after vacation. It’s weird but I’m not really worried about it. My numbers will most certainly be up. They have to be, I still have a prostate. I guess the question boils down to how much will it be up. I hope it’s a reasonable amount. I do not wish to go back on ADT anytime soon.

I have had to adjust my watch band out by three holes. My stomach is flatter and I am even beginning to get a little muscle definition in my torso. My shoulders ache like hell and so do my triceps. I am putting on muscle mass and I have to admit except for the pain, it feels really good. I feel stronger and healthier and my brain feels sharper. Body hair is beginning to return in all of the usual places. I had to break down and do some thing I haven’t had to do in 13 years. Yesterday I bought deodorant LOL. Last week I had a wet dream. I have to tell you I was mortified. I wake up to a pup tent every morning which seems strange to me. Two nights ago I woke up in the middle of the night and wanted sex. It’s like I’m somebody else. I actually chose sex over sleep. Mandy says she can tell the difference in my testosterone level. I asked her how she could do that and she said “ because you’re turning into an ****** “ I actually told her I didn’t want to go shoe shopping

The bottom line here is that everything is good and I am enjoying my testosterone ride. I really hope it doesn’t end soon .

As JNF notes, you continue to be our resident rock star, and the perfect model of how it's possible, regardless of what original clinical numbers say, to knock this beast down to the ground, and press and keep one's foot on its throat.

I have sometimes thought, half-seriously, that the Guinness Book of Records should have a section on Prostate Cancer Records. If it did, you would most likely be the record holder for Best Comeback from a Terrible Initial Diagnosis! A true model for all of what a PCa winner is, and can do!

Great update brother. I am thinking a strong virile Todd is just that much stronger to kick the PC cell's arses. So dont worry right now about that ol PSA. Your blood and your guts are much stronger than they are !
