RRP in 2010 failed after two years. SRT to prostate bed only with 10 months ADT in 2017 also failed. I think high time to search and consult 2/3 top Mo specialist in PC and take the next step.
Request members to advise and give few names. Anywhere in the world.

Dr. Kwon at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota specializes in the treatment of reoccurring PC.

Prostate Oncology Specialists in Marina del Rey, a few miles north of LAX. Drs Scholz or Lam...I myself see Lam, as do many others here. (In fact, I saw him yesterday...)

At Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, by reputation, Dr. Celestia Higano, but I hear it's hard to get an appointment with her. A friend of mine (not on this forum) is being treated there by Dr. Petros Grivas and speaks glowingly of him.

A certain tall gentleman gave this MO A-list here in 2017:
"Howard Scher at MSK, Christopher Logothetis at MD Anderson, Emmanuel Antonarakis at Johns Hopkins, Celestia Higano at UWSeattle, and Oliver Sartor at Tulane. You couldn't go far wrong with MOs at any of the top tertiary care facilities, as long as they specialize in urologic medical oncology. And sometimes the head honcho isn't available, but there is a group approach (as at MDAnderson or MSK) which is excellent."

Oliver Sartor at Tulane in New Orleans is the longest standing of the great ones. That is where I will go if I relapse.

Excellent choice...
