In case of rising psa , negative mri and negative biopsies ( my case )
and other here as @GuitarHunter my uroilogist suggested a targeted prostate biopsy
using PSMA-PET/CT
My prostate is 26cc
I have already had one biopsy with 19 cores all negative
I would have preferred another biopsy with more cores (saturations)
instead of waiting for the psma
So whats your opinion targeted prostate biopsy Using PSMA-PET or saturation biopsy?
what is beter?

ARTEMIS. Involves MRI of the prostate. Using MRI results with the artemis, there is no more guess as to where biopsy needles should go.
