So far so good ....its been 3 years now with a steady decline in my PSA . Everyones circumstances are so different , but in my case a G7 with a couple 4`s in there( 70% confined cancer in gland) , I opted for the 6 mo. Lupron shot and 45 fractions of IGRT with markers.(81 gys) .....best decision for me ......testosterone in the 500`s now and about 15% ed ....no urinary problems after 3 years , but I do take a flomax once a day and all is working as it should . 3 years ago after my treatment , my PSA started at .7 now it is a .2 ....moving down with no bounces. I`m a lucky guy at this point , but have been around here long enough to know this rosey picture can change just when you think you`ve made it home...... I welcome any questions on the ordeal ....wishing Peace , Love, and Harmony in the New Year!.....David
