Returning and Reporting in...Casodex, Xtandi...

Hi all.

Went off line for a couple years and am returning to the forum.

It looks like the format has changed as I don't see a search function and it seems like the forum isn't as active as it was 2.5 years ago.

Nonetheless, trying to get up to date on the transition issues and options when it is time to move on from casodex to (xtandi or other another drug).

So, it appears you did chemo/ Lupron/casodex for recurrence after RP/RT. I take it your PSA is increasing again? Based on conversations I've had with my MO, it does seem like it's time to replace the Casodex with Zytiga or Xtandi or Erleada.

If you are not under the care of an MO who knows PCa, you probably should be.
