ADT and injection with a prostaglandin for ED?

If the shots work for you now they should continue to do so during the ADT and the radiation. ADT usually (almost always) interferes with pills because they only work when you are aroused and ADT makes that difficult to achieve. The shots work even if you are not particularly in the mood so ADT doesn't keep them from working. The radiation is even more of a non-issue, at least in the short term. There's nothing about the radiation that has any immediate effect. Men who've had radiation do sometimes find that damage to the blood vessels that supply the area can cause problems, but that happens gradually, if at all.
Most of the guys on this forum who do injections use a compounded mix of drugs -- most often a mixture called "trimix" that contains Alprostadil (aka. prostaglandin) plus phentolamine, and papaverine. The mixture of drugs seems to work synergistically so that less of the combination is required than would be with any of the drugs alone. Also, as a bonus, Even though you have to get trimix from a "compounding" pharmacy (so it is mixed specifically just for you by a pharmacist) it is much less expensive per dose than the single-use prostaglandin injectors. Chances are there is a compounding pharmacy in your area but if not there are pharmacies that do a mail-order business. I haven't injected since I got my implant (several years) but I used to pay around 7 dollars a jab and I used a whole lot per injection.

Thanks guys. I already use the Trimix and it works just fine. I do imagine the ADT will effect my labito, but I hope to still be able to make it work if and when. I know it's silly to be concerned about that at this point, but I am still a fairly active guy. I thought it would continue to work, my MO did not know. Getting a new MO.
