Congrats on the 10 year undetectable run. Aside from that, your case highlights the difficulties of knowing how to treat PCa. Based on your biopsy report, some might say you should have done active surveillance and waited. That would have the benefit of avoiding the ED. But the surgical pathology report revealed grade 4 cells, which many people would say should trigger treatment. If you had waited you might have had a few more years of sex, but possibly ended up with a higher risk cancer and worse SEs. It's hard to know what to do. By the way, IMHO the shenanigans are a lot better than nothing.
