Every little uptick in PSA causes a fellow some concern ... "P.S.A. Anxiety" ...
My P.S.A. fluctuates up and down, by a few hundredths, every month. I call it the little roller coaster.
In my case, my P.S.A. is assessed every four weeks. So --- I get lots of chances to ride the little roller coaster, throughout the course of a year.
Remember, on the Mayo Clinic scale, anything less than 0.10 is classified as "undetectable" ... all the scores you mentioned happen to be in that category.
My oncologist reminds me that little fluctuations, month to month, are not a cause for undue worry ... but rather a situation for watchful vigilance.
He reminds me that he will watch for TRENDS, rather than fluctuations.
So --- stay vigilant --- stay proactive -- and stay the course!
With my best,
