UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE
It has been 8 months now on this journey and just had my shot and blood test.
PSA <0.010 T <7.00
Because of my other conditions have been in the house because of this Covid and exercise is difficult for me because I have bursitis in my hip and can only walk for about 5 minutes. The doc suggested I get a exercise bike and I should be able to use with no pain.
Side effects
Hot flashes very minor
Nausea once in awhile
Gained 12 pounds
other than that doing fine.

Well its the season of miracles and then new beginnings...have you been able to get any exercise...if even the 5 minute...Your progress has been amazing...see that...hang on to that...your grit continues to inspire everyone...yes...yes...yes to life....suffering of body and spirit is part of life...who knows why...' fools ask for reasons...wise men never try '...reside and abide in that which is you > are...a gift to yourself and all those who love you................. a look a look...head down...eyes shining up with a smile shy...who can resist...for whom??...would one not die (ah the wisdom of double negatives)

A side note...there are things called optical illusions...of which pictures drawings like Escher's.etc create...are seen in 2 and possibly more ways depending how one looks at it...the same is true with concepts...thoughts...beliefs...even relationships...a word to the...well...to the wise...
