Carlyle...in light mulatto tones phrased in poetry of streets razzed to dawns of newness cast in deaths adieu...times bought and sold...lamps of tiffany growing cold...neighborhood bars riched to suede coats and plastic hats...poets dying eating trout's stuffed and gilled...yes I member now...alive in remembrance of self...known..flickered with a snap of a grin...realization not denied...true friend...yet...do you still know me...do you...do you...

is this connected to this forum...ilife and death... could it be less so?

81gy thank you sir I will defer to your wisdom...whats funny about the post was the last line in the thread itself...at first I thought I screwed that up...:" could it be less so"...most would say "could it be more so?...then I taught to myself...you know what...it just shows how remarkable the human mind is and how it actually controls...for lack of a better word..."stuff" and how "stuff" is at our command..."could it be less so" of course not...to be less so "implies" it is more so...based on perspective...an amazing revelation to myself...wow...talk about getting out of one's own box...yikes...it opens so much...words can not express...potential energy rocks...again thanks guy..oh and I would be remiss...not to thank the Tasmen devil splicing Cape Rainga from the pacific and sending the winter swells to the south shore this morning...with more on the morn... head high +...needless to say I pickem...with deliberated thought...but quickly...that's the key...go...go..go...oops no...no..no...another fall another ball...booya… no edits use context and mind...ya know...the old fashion way

Carlyle was a friend of mine who died recently...he was not a metaphor for anything or anyone...a gentle and a giant of a man...oh stoo-ped ones who wouldn't know truth...if it stared em in either one of their faces...now go...complain to anyone of the moderators...I'm sure you will trip on their ears...oh zombies of the closet kind

Wow ..that is a beautiful tribute to your friend. I like each and every verse..each paints a picture...It make me wonder...not sure if I see this in my mind yet...yes goodness/greatness in someone couldn't be any more so... I guess it can be stated "could it be any less so" that we wonder about. Just sayin....thinkin about that phrase still...
