Don't be surprised if, at the conclusion of treatment, when you are walking out of the RT facility for the last time, you are suddenly overwhelmed by applause and congratulatory cheers. Sort of a tradition in many RT places, when a patient completes treatment, and the staff express their congratulations.
Here's an example of that sort of thing going on. Yours may not be as elaborate as this one was (and mine was mostly just handshakes and "atta boy" comments), but who knows what your docs and techs might come up with?

And maybe you'll get to ring a bell or something.
But it's all in good fun, of course, and certainly done with a sense of appreciation from all the RT people who worked with you!
