Vince - Do we really need to wear pants...
"Minneapolis has repealed a measure that barred women from going topless in city parks and beaches after police let slip they were using drones to spy on nude sunbathers ...."The topless thing depends on community standards but I know of nowhere in the country, outside the rare but designated nudity allowed spaces, where the government doesn't say one has to cover one's genitals in public spaces.
Here in Montana, as I said, there is lots of opposition to the government directing what one has to wear in certain places. However, we have a law that requires hunters, and anyone with them, to wear a certain number of square inches of a particular orange and I've heard no one complaining about
their rights being violated over that.
Back to the topless issue, it is usually written as "women must cover their breasts." What if a woman doesn't have any breasts? I am VERY close to a woman who had a bilateral mastectomy due to breast cancer and elected NOT to have reconstruction. I have more "breast" than she does yet she has to cover up when we are swimming at the gym and I don't.
It's weird, illogical, and puritanical.
