Thank you all for participating in this forum and shared all the experiences related to the disease which I found very educative and helpful. Hi all, my name's Bill, 65 years old, got BPH 3 years ago and currently on Tamsulosin 0.4 mg. 2 months ago, I got a PSA blood test and the result was 8.5. Just to let you know that I have no other symptoms except waking up one or two times per night to go to he washroom. During the day, I pee every three, four hours and I drink about
two liters of liquid. I am quite active like daily walking, some yoga...My family physician sent me to an urologist whom I will meet next week. What should I need to prepare when I see my urologist next week? I heard that besides the DRE check, what will he do next?
I really appreciate if any experienced the same situation shares your knowledge or give me an advice.
Regards and thank you all.
