Testosterone @ 332 OK?

I am almost 53 years old and finished SRT with Lupron about 2 years ago. My PSA had been <0.01 since then and my testosterone has bounced around between 284 and 343. I’m currently at 332. Im thrilled with my PSA and not too concerned about my T level. But I’m seeing my Uro for a 4-month check in next week and want to get your take on my testosterone level before I go in. Should I be pleased with it? Are there any downsides to being on the low end of normal at my age? Thanks.

Paul, i think as long as you are in the normal range, and as F8 said, you feel good, i dont see any downside. T fluctuates a lot. What was your baseline before starting ADT?

I was at 330 prior to 6 months ADT, now, 2 years later i am at 284 as of last month test. I'm older than you so theirs that, at age 70. But i feel ok, so thats all i care about.
In short, i wouldnt stress over it

I actually had two T tests the same day. One was when I checked in for my scheduled appointment with my MO and the other was later in the day when I went to the other building for a scan. For whatever reason they took another PSA and T test before the scan. I was surprised to see a big difference in two T tests taken just a couple of hours apart. I don't remember the exact numbers but the difference was something like 40 or so points - one in the low 300s and one in the high 200s. My guess is low-normal is low-normal and the actual number doesn't make much difference.
