. The study I linked was looking at whether free PSA might prove useful in prognosticating. In any case your free PSA of 10% is below their 15% threshold of concern anyway (this is the same ratio of free PSA to total PSA that is used for undiagnosed men). I pointed it out more as a curiosity -- I doubt many Forum brothers here have had their post-RT free PSA measured intentionally.
The commonly used definition of BCR (a concerning PSA rise) after primary RT is the Phoenix definition: a (total) PSA of 2.0 above your post-RT nadir. But others with RT experience can give you more details.
