John 2:1-11 (the wedding in Cana) -- BTW, this technology was unknown in the Torah, which probably accounts for it being a big hit when performed.
You friend should keep a few bottles of wine handy just in case the instructions don't work. Miracle workers in the bible, like magicians, don't reveal their methods.
