Stricture guys?? - can a stricture cause blood?

Hi all, I am going in Wednesday for a cystoscopy. It was unsuccessful a couple of weeks ago due to a stricture and the URO did not want to cause any damage. I am hopeful that the blood at the end of a BM is from the stricture and not anything else. The CAT scan did not have any red flags and the urine cytology test had no cancer markers and the earlier urine test did not show blood in the urine.

So anyone have a stricture that caused blood from the urethra?
