PSA increase after 11 years.

I met with another Oncologist today who was recommended by my Urologist. He said that he would do 8 weeks of SRT for the pelvic area without ADT. He believes that he normally does add ADT unless the PSA is <=0.5.
He also said that even though my PSA is up to 0.12 it is still too low for any cancer to show up on a scan.
The plan now is to go with IMRT starting in late June. I thank everyone for your responses.
