The trial involved those with mCRPCa. The177Lu-PSMA-617 treatment + SOC gave a four month survival benefit over SOC alone. Personally, that doesn't seem very exciting, but it's a start I guess.

PS, I'm always hoping new treatments get the okay for hormone sensitive guys for whom it may prove to be more effective. Let's hope this new treatment turns out that way.

In this type of trial many have very advanced disease and suppressed immune sustems.
