Initial ADT report

After 5 weeks on ADT (Orgovyx i.e. Relugolix) had first checkin today w/MO. Total T down from 734 to 6, PSA from 6.6 to 0.8. MO seemed content with these numbers. I guess I am not sure how low the PSA should go on pre-radiation ADT. Proton therapy is set to start in 3 weeks.

That is a nice move downward on your PSA, and being on pill form ADT. Nice.

It seems like the ADT is doing its job well. It would appear that you'll be in good shape for proton.

Your PSA went from 6.2 to 734 in 2 years?

734 is Total Testosterone.

Looks good. The ADT will shrink your prostate to make a better target and sensitize the PCa to help the radiation be more effective. Great route to a cure.

Great to see that the ADT has knocked that PSA level down!

Nothing better than getting that PSA knocked down --- and yours is TUMBLING DOWN significantly. I bet it will continue ticking downward ...
