Had draw yesterday for quarterly testing with medical appointment this Friday and received results from LabCorp at my patient portal.

Testosterone noted as 336 which is slightly down from last quarter (347). No concern as drop could be from numerous causes such as diet or exercise. As long as reading is in the standard range after ADT; and, I have abundant energy it's all good on this front.

Interesting as they reported my PSA as < 0.006 and not the previous < 0.014. Yes, it was at same LabCorp lab located in Houston, TX. No, I am not concerned in the slightest! Just noting this as there has been a lot of discussion in the past on LabCorp results.

Results:
10/11/19 - < 0.006
01/16/20 - < 0.006
04/24/20 - < 0.006
07/17/20 - < 0.014
10/29/20 - < 0.014
01/15/21 - < 0.014
04/30/21 - < 0.014
07/19/21 - < 0.006

Overall feeling good with exception of 100 % ED but that was a known risk. I am battling what I call my Firmagon Gut as I did my entire 6 months ADT on it. From what I can tell there are no current issues following RT. Staying actively involved with my doctor on my treatment plan as I have from day one.

As a pT3b, I feel blessed to be where I am on this journey down this road of twists and turns followed by ups and downs. Being able to follow all you gentlemen with your sage knowledge and wisdom tempered with kindness and caring for all Brothers and Sisters is in itself a blessing. May all be blessed and protected.

Absolutely no reason to be concerned abut your PSA! <.006 gives you more even information about your extremely low PSA.

However, it is curious that they reported <0.006. Perhaps ROCHE or Labcorp has reverted to their previous lowest detection level. We'll see what other Forum brothers report going forward for the Labcorp undetectable. I got a result from Labcorp done on the 12th of this month, but since it was 0.018, it's of no help.
