Bounce or what ?

So all going well after external beam and bracytherapy, plus hormone blockers alongside from PSA of 57, down to 0.02 PSA for 3 years. No external to prostate cancer but one side aggressive. 17 Bracytherapy needles used.
Initially early 2021 0.065, 3 months later, 0.8, 3 months later Sept 21 , 3.95 psa.
Now scheduled for all the scans . No symptoms.

Guess its either an inflammation, less serious bounce or something coming back.

Will update after scans. Anyone had similar.

The oncologist says that the jump is too quick and high to ignore and needs to see if its is a bounce or something occurring. therefore scheduling for MRI, CT scan , bone desity, bloods etc in next few weeks. Did not say if thinks its cancer starting up as not enough info to make such a call. No meds etc.

My local friend who has had many cancers and Prostate with Bracytherapy / external beam recently had a PSA rise after 3 years over a few months and has just completed all the scans and probes including an internal colon exam etc and passed as all clear. So one never knows.

Local GP out of loop, referral Doctor has to sanction the scans as its all being dealt with at private clinic in Benidorm, Spain via National Health. Local hospital has lower quality equipment and too busy to deal with it without long wait. So total treatment has been at the top centre for treatment.
