Bozz, a couple of suggestions:
1. Please create a "signature" in your profile so we don't have to chase back over your old posts to understand your situation.
2. Did you get your biopsy slides sent to JHU so that you have a better idea of the diagnosis?
3. RO's tend to be specialists also. Since the one you saw didn't offer HDR Brachy or SBRT then you'll obviously need to seek out experts in those fields. Hopefully your next RO stop will be more informative.

Brachytherapy
This is a form of radiation involving the placement of radioactive sources into a tumor or in an area where a tumor was removed.
This technique allows for the delivery of high doses of radiation therapy while simultaneously sparing normal tissue. Brachytherapy is often used to treat prostate, gynecologic and breast malignancies. The high dose rate unit at Nebraska Medicine allows for some brachytherapy procedures to be performed as an outpatient.
