We’ll, almost 3 years post SRT AND just over 2 years past the and of ADT (which I consider the first T lab work that showed I was back above castrate level), I got another undetectable. Very relieved, I don’t know why as time goes by I get more worked up, not less waiting for results.
The not so great news is T is still on the low side at 244. My baseline pre ADT was low normal at 322, AND I NEVER QUITE GOT BACK THERE.
But I’ll take low T in return for continued undetectables any day.

On the SCRABBLE board, your new favorite word:
"U-N-D-E-T-E-C-T-A-B-L-E!"
Triple word score for that!
THANKFUL for your GOOD NEWS!

Extremely good news on the undetectable! Party time is here. I tend to agree with Djin's assessment as well. I have been a few months behind you in treatment and have paid close attention to your treatment status. I went 3 years out recently, ended SRT Mar 19 and ADT May 19. Have next 6 month testing upcoming in July.
Best wishes and blessings to you Ken ! Thank you for "steering" the newbies and assisting all.

Thanks all, I appreciate the good wishes. It’s hard to believe that it’s 7 1/2 years since I got diagnosed and came to Healingwell with my hair on fire. Yet here we are. Good fortune to all of you , from here on out
@Djin,@Norcol, let’s hope. We all know of cases where recurrence happened many years down the road. If I could get another 9 years, I’ll be 80, and after that it’s all bonus money so I probably won’t care LOL
@Norcol, good luck in July man, I’m pulling for you.

Prato, another great report and the worrying is over for now. Congratulations. My report showed another decline today in both PSA and T.
PSA-from 0.13 down to 0.06 and T-from 23.98 ng down to 16.73 ng. I like the PSA drop, but don’t know if the T is low enough yet after 7 months of ADT.
Fun fact, my URO moved up my test. However he called my Primary to do it. When I set down for the test, I asked what was being tested? The answer was PSA only. I got out of the chair and found the doctor. I was livid and said my T needs to be tested every time because of ADT. He agreed and changed the order. Looks like I need to find another URO and primary. Sorry for the rant on your happy day, but it looks like I am really good at finding incompetent docs.
Again, with your long history, there is much reason for you to celebrate today’s results. 😊
