My Dad was a door-to-door Sealtest milkman. We seven kids grew up drinking Sealtest whole milk. We're all still alive and in general good health, with our ages ranging from 79 to 64. I married the daughter of a dairy farmer and have milked the cows myself on several occasions. Really, of all the things in life, it's unlikely that what eventually kills me will have any relation to milk. I have the feeling I would probably gag on soy or almond "milk."
We had a milkman growing up. Always cool when he’d leave a gallon on our doorstep.
Drank milk all my life. Many years ago I switched over to fat-free milk for weight reasons. Nothing compliments a homemade meal like a glass of milk. If I go more than a day without milk my body begins craving it.
Milk has worked for 200,000 years. All of the sudden it’s “soy milk”, “almond milk” and “lactose intolerant.” Let’s just say it…Boomers are either geniuses or idiots.
