Anyone had or heard of anyone having a PSMA pet scan with low PSA - less than 0.4 - finding bone lesions.
What were next steps?

There are cases of positive results when the PSA is undetectable in men who are receiving second generation meds.

By second generation meds, do you mean hormone therapy?
