Hey Pratoman - my My Systolic has been around 130'ish.... and that's with a mild BP med.... A couple of months ago I added walking REAL FAST at intervals to my morning walks.
I recently got the newest Covid 19 shot and donated blood... My Systolic was in the teens both times that it was checked.
I added the fast walking because the Pickleball lessons I was taking was tougher then I thought they'd be. So beefing up my cardio exercise sure has helped. Eventually, playing Pickleball on a regular basis should also help a lot.

70%) this week. At first, pressure dropped to around 120/65. now its back ini the 130s. But I'll keep at it.
