30% drop in PSA after first Pluvicto

Good news to share: PSA drop from 194 to 137 three weeks after first Pluvicto treatment on December 21 . Victories have been a bit hard to come by lately, so we are savoring this one. Platelets are a little low, and slightly anemic, but nothing that will prevent next treatment on Feb 3.

I am STILL in celebratory "shock & awe" after reading your post several times over!

To tumble down from 194 to 137 ~ in terms of PSA ~ after the initial treatment ~ INCREDIBLE, really!

I remember forging through chemotherapy treatments, and one treatment showed a decrease in PSA measured in just decimals, below 1.00. But my oncologist was excited, and said, "It's STILL working, so we'll stay on this course."

So, we both gave thanks for tiny signs of treatment success that day.

Your results from PLUVICTO (Lutetium-177) seem truly STELLAR & SPECTACULAR!
