BRCA1 and BRCA2 would be the typical factors, HOXB13 is another from my genetic testing. Easy to research.
Any time there is prostate cancer in a family for any reason, the PCa radar should be turned on at a younger age. Genetics would requiring looking back 2 generations or more (good luck getting the data) so your mother's brothers, mother's father and his brothers should be checked out. Same with your father and your brother's father sides of the family. I found the trail went pretty silent past my father and his brother as everyone was guessing what killed the other males in the family as prostate cancer was rarely discussed years ago.
You would not be a direct indicator of higher risk for your brothers but it provides a gentle push that it can happen in your family so your brothers should keep that in mind.
