As most of you know, Healingwell new ownership has initiated some "behind the scenes" technical upgrades/changes. This has created issues for some members, apparently not all. I was able to solve a few of the problems, however it is really an administrative issue. So going forward, if you have any issues, please contact the Admin directly at
[email protected]. Please note, it is not that we don't want to help, its just that all we do is contact the Admin, so members may as well do so directly, as most technical issues are not issues that we can resolve.
If anyone you have direct contact with is having issues and has not been on the forum, please let them know as well.
Caveat: the response time/rate of the Admin has been less than ideal so far. So you may need to try more than once. Sorry for the inconvenience.
