Colorado doctor for advanced PCa (stage IV, Gleason 9)?

Wondering if anyone out there has experience with a good doctor for advanced PCa in the Denver area (or even within an hour or so). We are looking for someone that will be receptive to working with Dr. Kwon at Mayo and continuing with his advised treatment plan (Pluvicto). We are running into some huge insurance issues right now. On that note, does anyone have experience with Medica Sur and Pluvicto treatment? Thanks in advance!

Also, Will is doing just fine. He is still largely asymptomatic and living life to the fullest. Last PSA a few weeks ago was <.06. We'll be doing a 55 mile tandem bike ride this weekend!

Reese - I cannot help with your questions but I am really sorry Will is having so many issues with insurance. Many of us are on Medicare where the rules are more liberal but I vividly recall my many years on private insurance with many providers which caused more stress than the maladies themselves at times. Pay for the first colonoscopy, not the second one because the first one found polyps? Crazy medical logic.

I am glad he is doing well otherwise. Keeping active is a treatment by itself.

I have been well served by Dr. Kwon and Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

He co-manages my case with my local oncology team.
