Guardant 360 vs Decipher Genomics Tests

Does anyone have experience with Guardant 360 genomics testing? I am curious as to the level my PSA needs to be for this test to be of any value. I got the Decipher test 5 years ago when I was first diagnosed but was wondering if additional genomics testing is prudent and, if so, which one.

As an FYI, my PSA is currently 0.25 (6-month doubling time) and I'm scheduled for a second PSMA PET/CT scan in a couple of weeks. The first scan (Ga) was negative and the next one will be Pylarify.

FoundationOne Liquid CDx might be helpful. Seems to be in similar category as genetic testing in some ways.

Not exactly sure what you are going to do with this info but worth talking to oncologist about.
