Howard - 10 years is not out of the question. You are just getting started on the next phase. It should be a quiet time now just watching your low PSA for a while until it gets high enough for a PSMA scan. Could be a local recurrence like a lymph node where it can be targeted. The ADT options are pretty extensive now so good chance it can be kept under control for years. You will probably want to find a specialist that deals with advanced PCa if and when you get to that point. My Dad made 96 with PCa recurrence so it can be done, just the luck of the draw sometimes.

Will see a medical oncologist now to discuss next steps. My folks say that after pelvic radiation that I am done, no more radiation but I want a scan to see if it can be done. We will see.
