JAMA reports a meta analysis reveals a twofold incidence of all CV (cardio) events associated with adding the newer generation of ARSIs to standard ADT. ARSIs include heavy hitters like Zytiga and XTANDI. Finding holds for both hormone sensitive and castrate resistant populations. Extract available at: /jamanetwork.com/journals/jamaoncology/fullarticle/2819652.
