bone scan clear

hi everyone

my dads bone scan came back clear . we are all delighted . it is a big relieve . im sure i am completly grey under my dyed hair lol    the last few months have been so stressfull . you have all been fantastic . i dont know how we would have coped without your support . they are taking him in in two weeks to do the operation . im sure we will need more advice when he is going through the process . i have been reading some of your posts but unfortuntly i am not in a position to answer most of them as i am plodding along on the outside with my dad . he does not use the computor at all so i am trying to relay stuff and print stuff off for him . his gleason score was 3+4 =7 and seemingly this was good as the 3 was first . his psa was 12.3 . to be honest we taught he was a goner but thank god he will be around for a long time . he is such a good dad it is a relieve he is going to be ok . i am not sure what the next step is but i know that you are all 100 % there for when i need advice . i just wish i could be more help to other people .i am on holiday at the moment so i have missed out a lot on how you are doing . but god is good and i hope he is taking care of you all .

Glad to see you back in here again and very glad that your father's test came back so well!! The last two weeks will be busy for you both getting ready for the big day and buying what he will need after he comes home from the hospital.
