hey everyone,

Yesterday was the first day that Jeff did not wear a pad and he was dry all day and night. so we've passed the 2nd milestone - cancer gone, continence achieved - now to continue working on those erections!

Hi Kat,

A big Ho-ray! That is great news, and in only 6 weeks! It took me another month, but I felt that recovery was finally achived. Just remind Jeff to still be cautious, and don't do anything stupid like I did. There are several of us out here that had to undergo futher surgeries. But, this is cause for celabration.

Continued good luck with your recovery.

I’m glad you and Jeff have crossed this stepping-stone and can move forward.

yes, Glen, I keep reminding him not to lift anything too heavy. of course last week he moved a small empty file cabinet and a new wooden bookshelf into his office (which is up a flight of stairs), but he said he used a dolly so it was fine. I won't let him carry cases of water or dog food either. I think he likes that! :)
