sensations are back - we know it's coming

hi everyone,

Jeff woke me up at 5 AM this morning to tell me that he had those sensations "down there" for the first time since he had surgery and he had more growth in his penis then he has before. it wasn't enough to have intercourse, but it's getting there. He's been taking Cialis every other day and we've been working on the stimulation. we keep hearing that we have to be patient and we do see a light at the end of the tunnel....or an erection at the end of this journey. :) We know that the nerves need to heal, inch by inch. He sees his doctor again on the 28th and will discuss the pump and injections at that time.

I won't have a computer available for a couple of days so I'll be back on Tuesday. take care all...kat

I have never seen so much honesty, concern, kind words and comradery (?)  passed to others.... This place is great place for

us to sorta open up...

the many  questions  most of us have.. in some way getting answered....

Great news!  That is for sure a good sign of healing.  Who knows, maybe you will get to skip those injections.  I thought you could only take Cialis every 3rd day?  That is good to know it is OK to be more aggressive and take every other day during the healing process.  Maybe that would help me as well.  Thanks for sharing your journey and keep encouraging him (and all of us).

DW has tried Cialis every other day for 3 weeks without much result. Thanks to Swimom'e email address for the less expensive pills, we had ordered Viagra and now there is some good results.DW HIFU treatment was 8 weeks ago and so it took longer than we had been told to recouperate, he is very happy with the results. PSA test will be just before X-mas. We hope that it will be a good X-mas present for us both. What amazes me ( read all the input daily)is, that when I said that sex, erections, etc are very important to us and the idea of this never happening again most of you told me that I shouldn't be that interest in the side effects, that erections aren't important only that the PCa is gone. The PCa being cured is the most important issue but so are all the side effects which last for the rest of your life. Each treatment has side effect to be considered before you jump into the procedure. Now I read all these postings that talk about how important erections are for both partners. I am smiling to myself - We are not the only ones who want and need sex, ecrections, physical contact and more for us both. Maybe I was just the first one who dared to say what we felt and wanted and we hope that we found the best possible solution to everything.
