Entering/Exiting Vehicles and Leakage

I had to show my wife the statement because I have been saying this for months. When I get in or out of our Trailblazer I have a potential problem. I do not know what it is about that particular movement, but it does promote leakage. Perhaps it's the raising of a leg and lateral movement at the same time that is a magic combination.

 

Hi ~ Dawgfan & Biker90,   Here’s what I think is going on….   The sphincter muscle is being pressed on…. as you slide out of the vehicles… kind of like those little “old fashion” coin purses where you pinch the sides and it opens….   Time your kegel exercise for this moment….perfect ~ Bill…       It truly amazes us when we read postings that some members have gone back to riding bikes, etc….   Not us!!!   We are going to protect this little guy with everything in our powers.   If it means no bikes… no horseback riding… Not A Problem … we can sure live without those!!!   Again ~ this is strictly a Personal Choice    I know there’s a bike seat with an opening ~ which is the only way to go if you’re going to ride!!!   Protect your sphincter muscle at all cost!!!!     In Friendship ~ Lee & Buddy

I guess you won't be doing the Captain Morgan any time soon. I just had to say that ;>) You described the latest booze commercial so perfectly...LOL!

Really though..try a holding a kegel , before lifting your leg to swing into the vehicle. It's kind of a natural movement for women. Now you watch. Every female in here is going to pay attention the next time you all get into a car :>)
