I just wanted to post an update of my journey post RRP.
Since I went back to work on Apr 9th things certainly changed. My job requires lifting and a lot of walking on concrete floors.
My leaking at first increased which I expected but has since gotten a lot better. I was doing my kegels as often as possible but the leaking increased with the more I did. So I cut back and things got better. I went padless last week with only a few drops exiting 3 times while lifting.
Erections have become less frequent and although at times I am able to stimulate to one, it doesnt stay strong enough for intercourse. I'm on Cialis 10 mg but dont see much change. My spouse is very understanding and supportive but at times if gets frustrating.
I do have a question concerning kegel's. Normally muscles get tired at times of exercise. Does this also happen with the external sphincter? Since I have been not using pads would it be wise to discontinue the exercises?
