That is amazing. Good for you, Mal, although I think guys like you are the exception more than the rule. Did you do Kegels before surgery?
I'm about 14 weeks post surgery and did away with the pads after 5 weeks, although I still have some stress incontinence that so far, hasn't been an issue. I can usually catch it with a Kegel and still do Kegels religiously three times a day. There's no way I want to go back to that incessant dripping that I experienced after the catheter was removed.
