incontinence issue

Has anyone ever heard of a case where leakage occurs ONLY during sexual activity? I can leak even from a sexual thought! I was done with pads 6 months after surgery(June 2006) but leak uncontrollably during sex from foreplay to orgasm which oddly enough is dry. It doesn't matter if I empty my bladder beforehand and my bladder doesn't feel full at all. It's almost like nerves got crossed during surgery that control peeing and sex. There is no line on the post-op survey that I periodically fill-out for this problem so I penciled one in to let them know all is not well. Today I found the survey that UCLA distributes on the net, while it looks similar to U of Penn, it does actually ask about this particular problem so it must exist in others, right?
