ED Question-length to take Viagra therapy

Assume you are prescribed and take 25mg. Viagra 3x week and or 25mg. Viagra 6 X week  and 100mg once a week or when attempting intercourse.  You do get reliable erections in say, 4 months, with the 100 mg. Viagra dose.  Had anyone's doctors said when, if there is a when, to stop the 3x therapedic dosing?  I don't recall anyone wriiting of being able to stop the 25mg dosing if they have acheived good results.

I was prescribed the Viagara 25mg/3x for only a month "to promote healing". It's just as well, because I never could have afforded to stay on it for an extended period of time. I can't answer your question authoritatively, but common sense would suggest you try lowering or weaning yourself off the therapeutic dose, and see if you continue to have good results.

My uro is suggesting I stop taking Levitra. I am a bit reluctant as I don't want to kill the goose that laid the golden eggs. But I have reduced the dose and things are still OK (i.e. erections with occasional very small doses and even spontaneous erections without the drug). I only have 3 tabs left and was wondering whether to fill the prescription I have. I think I will, but keep on phasing out the dose to none over time.

I have found that there is some leakage for me with an erection. I have been taking Cialis every other day since shortly after catheter removal. I do my best to urinate before any activity. I can also say that once my penis is hard there is no leakage.....except, when I have an orgasm. The big guy is still looking for something to shoot, I guess.

One thing that I am sure of is that everyone is different. But, good things come to those that wait. I am confident that if we follow our doctors advice, and question when appropriate, we will all achieve good results.
